I order 500 rounds of 5.56 back on 8/2 and never got it. They said it was ship but would file a claim with UPS. Today I called they said they process a refund? I think these guys hit the credit card and wait for you to call them on it.

Zero customer service!! Nobody responds to emails and nothing happens when orders ship, get damaged, and returned by UPS!! $450.00 of MY mony is being held without product!! Powder order just sits in ready to ship for almost a week now. Close your doors if you can't run a business properly!! This is borderline criminal!!

Fail to correct persistent error - many, MANY people have complained to Midway about receiving ammo that is dumped all over the box, ammo cartons smashed, bullets tossing around loose. For years I read this. Has happened to me several times as well. ISO quality system HA! ISO always was a marketing joke, and midway - all talk no action. So please log this complaint into your ISO system - and explain why you have failed to correct this, year after year. Buy your auditor lunch, pass your audit - I know how it works.

This is a good place to find lumber that may be harder to get at your lowes or HD. With that said, their prices are higher, at least for common folk like me. With that said, be warned. If you don't know exactly what you need or the correct terminology don't expect them to be accommodating. I got the impression I was wasting their time even though I was prepared to drop 2k on lumber. A man named Danny was the one who I dealt with the most and he seemed easily aggravated at simple clarification questions like "when will the delivery be approximately?", "morning or afternoon is there a time rage?", "how does your refund policy work?", etc. I really wanted to like this place and if they had given me at least 1 reason why I should pay a little more for their stuff rather than the big guys, I would have spent more money there. However, I was left disappointed over all.

I can't believe these terrible reviews I'm reading honestly. I've bought from this company for a LONG time always prompt always spot on and always correct. Don't buy into the negative reviews they're the only people who care to review. Sissys. Order with confidence, during hard and troubling times such as covid I've gotten 4 orders within less than a week each. Buy with confidence, and i only post this because I can't believe people are complaining about this amazing company who still has very good deals in a time when everyother literally every other company and online site is price gouging horrendously. Shipping is horrible. They use Mail Innovations for most of their smaller items. Slow as can be and have lost items.
