Midway properly charged me sales tax on my purchase. When I returned the product they only credited me for the purchase amount LESS THE SHIPPING COST TO RETURN. This could amount to hundreds of thousands of dollars of income for them over the year. On my $24 purchase they shorted me $.55. This is dishonest.

God awful customer service. Purchased 3 scopes 11 days ago, they went on sale today and when I contacted their customer service to see if I could get a credit for the difference I was told it was outside their 24hr price match. I could however return the ones I bought and buy them again for the sale price. How does this make any sense, someone tell me. Good news is their are many other sites that do the same thing as them, so I will take my buisness elsewhere.

Be aware that for most orders this company uses UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS which is a terrible shipping service that hands off final delivery to the local post office. My $275 order is lost in the Twilight Zone and their "customer service" told me I have to wait 2 more weeks from last date item was scanned. No accountability on anyone's part, will never purchase from MidwayUSA ever again.

Placed an order on Sunday which included an 8-round magazine (CT has a ten round limit, so it was not in violation of CT law). Midway demanded a drivers license and firearms ID card--OK, the drivers license was just expired but it WAS me. Following Friday 5pm (SIX DAYS LATER) they sent an email saying that they wanted a CURRENT drivers license. An email TWO MINUTES LATER said that I failed to send current license so my order was cancelled. That is not 'customer service', and is not friendly towards firearms owners. Why demand papers for something which is not illegal? Secondly, and admittedly a minor point after the above, their product descriptions and/or sizing of surplus items are very poor. I have not been thrilled with Midway in the past, but this is the final straw.

I ordered electronic ear protection. Like ear buds. 6 ounce package. According to their own website, it should have shipped USPS flat rate small box. 2-3 days from MO to AL. No - they used UPS Mail Innovations which is not fast. The package has sat at a processing center for (today is day 5) nearly a week. This is my last order.

I placed my order on 8/2/21, it is now 8/17/21.When I check my UPS tracking it says label created check back tomorrow for delivery date I contacted UPS they told me the label was created but midway USA has not sent the product so I contacted midway USA three emails,one of them said I would receive a refund on the 20th If I did not receive the product by then being concerned it's been so long I sent them another email which they again told me they will refund my money on the 18th if I do not receive the product so today being the 17th I decided it's not coming it's still says label created check back tomorrow for a delivery date so I called them on the phone because the third email that I sent them I had no response back.now they tell me they wont refund my money till I wait till 8/25/21 and at that point they would refund my money,That order was for $108.00 for small rifle primers.and I also placed an order on 8/14/21 and it says shipped om 8/15/21 for an 8lb jug of powder which costs $290.00 with tax,shipping and hazmat fees. Which when I checked UPS tracking on that one as well it says the same thing label has been created check back tomorrow for delivery day when I asked the customer service representative if I was going to have the same problem with this order she said yes you will have to wait 3 to 4 weeks before calling back if you do not receive that one by that time then we will refund your money which will take 7 to 10 business days to put it back on your credit card I have ordered thousands of dollars from this company and this is how they treat their customers they do not Care about their customers at all.On a previous order I ordered a 1000 round box of bullets that was smashed and 90% of them had fallen out of the shipping container when I sent them an email and that they didn't want to do anything because they told me they cannot take returns and bullets so I was out over $100 this place is becoming a joke I will now do all my shopping for reloading supplies somewheres else

Purchased a floating handrail from them for a xmas present for my boyfriend last year. I unfortunately have not got around to opening the item until now to install on his AR. Upon opening the item, it is obviously not a Midwest product but a generic knockoff. The barrel nut is knurled and doesnt have any slots for the wrench. It is missing the torque plate and no brand marks an slightly different design. While I absolutely understand that it is 8 months later, it still does not absolve them for sending me a different product than I paid for. When I reached out to them, they stated sorry it’s past our 90 day return policy. Not acceptable. I want to return the knockoff and get the actual item that I originally paid for.
