I have ordered hundreds of orders worth thousand of dollars and have no complaints. Not one order was wrong or late. Great product selection, if it is out, set a reminder and order when it comes in. I have found primers and shotgun shells I couldn't find anywhere else. I live in the Midwest so it is very common for me to get the product the next day!!! Keep up the good work.

Placed an online order from Midway for 3 @ 20 round boxes of Underwood 380 ACP ammo from for a new Ruger LCP MAX that I had also ordered online but had not yet picked up. Within less than 2 hours of placing the order I happened to read an article regarding the LCP Max that stated it could not use +P ammo. Consequently, I immediately attempted contacting Midway. They weren't accepting phone calls or chat at the time, so I sent an email. A few hours later I received an email from Midway stating that my order had shipped. The next day I received an email response from Midway stating the order had shipped and there was nothing they could do. Amazon ALWAYS enables online orders to be changed or canceled prior to shipment, but Midway does not.

Had years of good business with them untill recently. An item I had purchased went on sale and had a promotion a couple days later, I emailed customer service and basically got told too bad and that if I wanted the promo I had to return the item, pay shipping, and try and reorder them when they knew they have pending back orders.

Absolutely horrible shipping options. Who the heck uses ups to ship to USPS? It literally took over a week for shipping on a package that should have taken 3 days at most. Contacted CS after the USPS claimed that I had "picked up" my package at the post office. I had not. They then claimed someone must have stolen my "peach slip." It was the first delivery attempt on a LOCKED MAILBOX! CS had no problem replacing my order but refused to change the shipping option AND SENT IT THE EXACT SAME METHOD AS BEFORE!!!!! So now I get to wait another two weeks and hope that my order shows up again.

Like a lot of company, they send an email stating the order was shipped, NOT. Their system creates a label and it can be and most likely will be days before it's shipped. I'm looking for another supplier with better business model.

Midway seems to think everything has to go via UPS and their mail innovations. As a result orders are delayed when they should not be. I recently ordered two items from Midway. One took eight days to reach Temple, Texas, the other ten days. Contrast that to a similar item ordered from a company in Oregon that made it to Temple in four days. Midway's shipping is horrible.

I ordered a new Savage 110 High Country from them. When I received it to my local FFL, the rifle appeared used and not new. When I contacted Midway, they said it was my rifle and my issue to contact Savage directly. So disappointed, wont buy from them again.
