Never have any issues with Midway. I know some are complaining about ammo pricing, but that's a market / wholesale issue just as much as a retail issue. All in, every part I order has come in as described and in a fast manner. The onetime I had an order issue it was remedied extremely quickly. Great store.

They are price gouging the hell out of ammo. Will not buy anything from them again.

Fabulous company - Have placed numerous orders with them. They process orders faster than any other company I deal with. Received 3 orders last week, all with free shipping. They carry a huge line of sporting goods and offer discounts & specials most every week. From time to time, they offer free shipping & like last week; I take them up on the offer, often multiple times. Their Help desk & Chat Sessions are with knowledgeable personnel, it has not been a waste of time yet, unlike it usually is with 90%+ of companies who contract out the help desk to some southeast Asian service center where you can barely understand the person on the other line & they know squat. That is not Midway USA; they have very competitive prices, great sales, a well planned and fully functional online platform, and just a place you want to keep going back to, over & over again. They seem to be getting at least one order from me every week, now, and some of those are not small orders. So, I strongly recommend them & hope you have as much fun as I do.

Approve everything to just cancel order!!! Then try to tell me that is the law which I know to be a lie because I have received many shipments from Bass Pro/ Scheels of the same product.

I've purchased from Midway for years so I find it troubling to see them "Price Gouging" at a time when their loyal customers need ammunition. I know that costs have gone up but why is Academy Sports and Outdoors 20-40 percent lower on ammo when the were about the same price prior the shortage? I'll never purchase from Midway again.

I highly recommend this site very easy to navigate and get the product out the door and to you faster than any website like this and their customer service 100%

I recently purchased some T-shirts from Midway that did not fit well. I explained I thought they were defective in their manufacture. Since I was just one week past their 90 day return period Midway refused to take the merchandise back. They provided me with the details of contacting the manufacturer and explained to me that this would now be my job. In my opinion this is terrible customer service.

I’ve bought all kinds of different things from fishing to hunting, ammo, and Oakley sunglasses. They run good deals and I’ve never had any issues. Shipping is average usually but never bad. I recommend to anyone and I was surprised to see some of the bad reviews.
