Ordered two items of the same thing. Only one was shipped. Reached out to midway USA about two weeks ago. Their site say response in 24 hrs. Have not heard from them. Reached out agin two days ago. Nothing. Also disappointed by their long shipping times. It’s time to purchase somewhere else. Added: I sent a email to midway USA service to close my account. Got a message to try again some time as there was a system issue! It figures! Edit: midway sent me a shipment notice for the missing item. Stated that they sent me emails that I can’t find. Better late than never. Updated scor to reflect closure. Lack of communication is still troubling

I’ve been a Midway customer for two years now and have been very happy with them. In my experience, I find their prices to be pretty competitive with the big-box stores and online retailers alike (keep market demand in mind here too). I have had multiple orders with no problems, and the one time there was an issue – mostly due to transit damage – their customer service was quick to make things right. Like anything else, you have to shop around for decent prices and take advantage of the sales & free shipping on those occasions that they do offer it. I have nothing bad to say about this company at all!

Ordered three items including Redding Competition seating die, $147.00 for die alone. Received order 10 days later only to find a rusty, scratched die. Was it used? Shipped back for an exchange then called a week later. Part received but order not even processed yet. Requested refund. What a mistake to order from them. And they sold my e-ml address to Rise Armament.

Fantastic company that actually cares and takes the time to understand Maura Haley's illegal attempt at preventing ammunition sales in the state of MA. Nothing but great experiences with this company.

MidwayUSA used to be a very good company with fair prices and fast shipping. Nowadays they are so overpriced it's unbelievable. All the reloading supplies are more expensive than the competition and their firearms are as well. They want $500 more then Sportsmans Warehouse for the same rifle (look it up, rem 700 Alpha 1), and 10% more on average on reloading supplies. And they are still using quantity limits on reloading supplies, if you reload you dont want to have to adjust your load due to different lots of components. Use Brownells or Natchez, cheaper, just as fast, and no quantity limits. I was a loyal customer for 14 years, but no more. And you can't delete your account. So I called and said remove my CC info. Larry Potterfield must have sold the company, or got greedy. Sad.

Post office lost my package and midway issued my a refund but still made me pay for the shipping for the lost package that never arrived? I'll never do business with them again.

They lost my package, and basically told me to shove off. Customer service refused to do anything!!!!

We hope you shop with us again soon. 2/20/23 1:54PM: I called their office to ask when was the refund initiated. The individual did not seem to understand how to respond. I received a generic response of what was written 7-10 business days. He fumbled around for several minutes and finally asked me when did I receive the email response to cancellation. I answered the 16th, then he said that's when it was initiated. 2/24/23: After waiting 6 business days I filed a report through my bank who later granted me a provisional credit based on the shady nature of the transaction (They drew on my account after confirming they didn't have the items and after I cancelled) They never initiated a refund to my account and I never expected they would. I'll let the bank take care of that.
