I used to think this was a good company, but the past two times I’ve tried to order something I’ve been told there was an inventory issue and I was just out of luck. I simply wasn’t getting my product and there’s nothing they were willing to do about it.

Ordered almost 2 weeks ago....They use a service called Shipping innovations or UPS ....Didn't ship out for 2 days after it was ordered...Now it has been sitting in Kansas for the last 12 days with no updates...I chatted with their customer service and while I was typing another question....She disconnected the call while I was typing....If it doesnt arrive by the end of the year ....I'm on Dec 22nd...I will open a dispute with my bank for services/products not received ....If you don't think that it will happen to you ...Just order from them and you will see...

They use a service called UPS Mail Innovations and it is HORRIBLE! You have no idea where your package is or when it will arrive. Normally I would give them five stars but their method of shipping is substandard especially for the shipping fees and I cannot rate less than one star unfortunately. I really wish someone else would have ordered from another company.

Shipping is the worst more than 10 days no product and they refuse to help me I had to call my credit card company to get my money back stay away they used ups to start then turn it over to the post office for delivery no way of tracking the cheapest way to ship anything

My item is 3 weeks late the first time they sent it got lost I contacted them and was told I had to wait 12 day for the to do something store policy they ship with ups then ups drops off at usps which made it super confusing to track even usps said why just not ship though them in the first place they sent another order the same way MIDWAY USA doesn’t take care of there customers they said if I wanted my item faster to pay more than the 8 for shipping when all I order was $14 mag for ak47 this place is a joke will no longer support MIDWAY USA

Unfair business practice. If you order two items and want to return 1, you must return both. No notice or disclosure of this until you try to return. Classic gotcha policy's. Quality of items like gunsmith tools is Chinese terrible. Soft low quality steel bits snap off. Many other better company's to choose from.

There is no positive to this. My AR parts are 10 days late, and all they can tell me is they are stuck in Ohio. No sense of urgency on their part. I will shop elsewhere next time.
