Definitely do not buy ammo from them. I ordered a large amount of .22 LR from them and they did an absolutely terrible job of packaging it. The box they used for shipping was flimsy cardboard, as opposed to heavy duty cardboard that most ammunition sellers use. As if that weren't bad enough, they left tons of space inside the shipping box so the individual boxes of .22 ammo were free to roll around inside. I guess they thought the saran wrap they covered the individual ammo boxes in would keep them closed. Nope. When the package arrived it was ripped open from all of the weight of the ammo sliding around and the UPS guy was freaking out because there was .22 ammo spilling everywhere. When I asked for a refund they refused, saying that I had to show them how many specific cartridges were damaged and they would only issue refunds for those cartridges. As though I have nothing better to do with my time than count and photgraph dents on .22 cartridges and then argue about it with someone over the phone. No refund for all the ammo that got spilled in the UPS truck because of their horrible packaging job! I disputed this with the credit card company and got a refund. In response MidwayUSA banned me as a customer after 20+ years of doing business with them. Oh well.

Absolutely the worst. I placed an online order, received a confirmation from their CEO assuring me of fast shipping and 3 weeks later, no order. After calling found out I was flagged for a “quality review” and they said they couldn’t reach me by phone so cancelled the order. They had the correct number, but lied about calling, I checked messages and missed call log and nothing. Heads up Midway, we dont place orders online to talk on the PHONE! My payment was good, I got a confirmation, no need for a sketchy call. Their chat rep actually accused me of not providing the correct info, even though he quoted my exact phone number when I asked. Run don’t walk away from this company.

these guys suck. I ordered a $1500 product, requested a cancellation and a refund, they agreed VIA EMAIL in writing, then still charged me and sent the product two weeks later. I contacted them, they said to ship it back and they will refund me... what a pain in the ass.

Can't buy if you are a canadian. Unless you are an american, you can't buy from them. No explanation offered when contacting the customer service. Can't even buy a gift certificate for a relative that lives in the USA. Anti-Canadian. Do not recommend.

My first order ever with Midway. I ordered on Saturday night and got it Thursday morning. The order arrived well packaged and the order was accurate. What else can you say?

I ordered and paid for some vortex binoculars. Confirmed the order but did not respond to their “quality review” email so the order was cancelled without being notified. I had to call and ask where my order was. I tried to give them business instead of Amazon. That won’t happen again. Ordered viper hd from Amazon for less and received the order the next day. Terrible company.

I have had nothing but great experiences since discovering Midway USA a few weeks ago. I was in the market for gear and ammo, and all other places I searched had low prices but made up for it in their high shipping fees. From the get go Midway USA had a user friendly search/inventory system that was easy to navigate without the aforementioned ulterior motive. There are usually discounts or coupons that can be applied to my order (so far I’ve had one for each of my 3 orders) on top of their already low shipping costs and in my case hard to find inventory (.458 SOCOM). I would say I’ve purchased 90% of the gear I was searching for through them because of the low prices and shipping costs, with the exception of bulk ammo. I will be a repeat customer in the future and recommended others to consider Midway USA as a top contender for all of their outdoor needs.
