Don't buy from them, was a customer for 33_years has terrible slow shipping now instead of 2-3 days receiving goods now 11+ days, for economy shipping. midway is very evasive and goes to great lengths to conceal the true reasons for this, like UPS is getting a 47% price hike that is phased in over a 2 year period and supporting the other shipper that has had multipule bailouts and would be bankrupt if it wasn't for the taxpayers. Nuff said! Midway phone rep let it slip that a Computer program now selects the best😤 more like worst slowest route possible if you select economy shipping cause you are now heavily penalized. Midway customer service is not good nor are their prices either. I have had other bad experiences last year with Midway, so now I am closing my account and moving on to other companies. Midway is sneaky concerning how they ship their items, they Primarily use UPS then hand off the packages midstream to USPS to finish delivering. If you want the 2-3 day delivery to your house it will now cost you plenty and no more free shipping from Midway, why because UPS is/will be charging outrageous shipping in two years or less we will all be paying 65-70% higher shipping cost from UPS when they are done phasing in their massive wage increases and other perks. wow I never got a 47% wage increase and other crazy perks from any company I ever worked for.! This will be unsustainable? Give it time. when I tracked my package using UPS tracking number it showed it was being returned to MidwayUSA and email to midway confirmed this. Well at least one rep said so. the other one on the phone denied this. Lies! I am now being stone walled/penalized for selecting economy shipping on purpose. henceforth if I want it faster, paythru the nose or wait 11 days for a little package that could have been sent USPS for under 10.00 and arrive in 2-3 instead, because of corruption and collusion/and insane price hikes, we all must suffer. In the end it may be this way with all companies for now I ditched midway. Now that more companies are embracing this AI crap they will find out later the hard way it will hurt their bottom line, since it is connected to some very shady characters. (NWO) This will not end well for any of us!

I paid extra for second day shipping. Ups sent it the third day. Midway would not try to get a refund from ups. They couldnt care less. Will not order from them.

I live a hour away from midway usa it has been 7 days and still haven't gotten my product. Look at the shipment in kc mo . This is the 2nd time this has happened to me horrible company to deal with will not order from this company again . Seems like a big scam

ordered item and would not fit my boat they wanted 55 dollars for me to return it and 35 dollars for a ups charge and they only charged 20 dollars to ship it too me i will never do business with them again i am very upset about there return policies and avise anyone looking to purchase from them to read the reviews before purchasing i deleted my account

I ordered a FAIR 28 gauge SLX Black Shotgun. The photo was of the Deluxe. When I learned of the mistake I offered to pay the difference. I was told that was not possible and that the photo was RIGHT. Worst gun deal ever!

FOR OVER A YEAR NOW MIDWAY HAS BIDEN-LY INCREASED THEIR PRICES SO THEY ARE NOW ONE OF, IF NOT THE MOST EXPENSIVE PLACE TO BUY, AND THEY WON'T ANSWER WHY. THEY EVEN DROPPED THE FREE SHIPPING OFFERS... SHOP ELSE WHERE...AND THIS REMINDS ME WHO ELSE IS HIGH PRICED THESE BIDEN-DAYS,..YES WAL- MART IS WAY OVER PRICED ON A LOT OF GOODS..I'VE STOPPED SHOPPING THE WALOFCHINA MART IN 1996 AND SAVED A LOT OF MONEY AS WELL NOT BUYING JUNK AND INFERIOR GROCERIES

I have dealt with Midway USA for many years and the experiences have been good and bad over the years but in the recent year their attention to customer care and service has dropped drastically. Apparently, the company has become so large they feel they no longer have to worry about customer care. My most recent order was lost in shipping (10 days) and the shipper (UPS) provided a case number but stated the shipper had to initiate the search. When I contacted Midway with this info they refused to do so until an additional 14 days had passed. SO, I have to wait at least 3 weeks to start the process on my lost package. In the meantime, I had to find and purchase the items elsewhere due to a deadline I had.

I ordered a pair of boots that should fit me. The liners were the wrong size so they didn't fit me. Sent them back and it cost me $17. 00 + $1.25 tax on shipping. What a rip off. I lost $18.25 because someone else made a mistake.
