Arbitrarily stopped shipping magazines to Oregon. Ballot Measure 114 has been put on LEGAL hold and has been since Dec 2022. Midway has taken it upon themselves to stop shipping any magazines, even those which would be legal under 114. Many other companies still do and I completed my purchase of .45 ACP 10 ROUND magazines elsewhere along with $1337 more for just one order. Spent thousands at Midway.. no more

I would give 0 stars if there was that option. Midway sent the wrong product and WILL NOT ship the correct product without jumping through their hoops. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with Midway. Got nowhere with customer service. Would not compromise in any way. Not even offered a discount on future orders.

I have been ordering from Midway for over 30 years. This last time I specifically bought another reloading press that was on sale and was listed with free shipping. At the last minute in the cart checkout the free shipping was gone and even the tax went up about .80 cents. Now wait a minute....how does tax increase from before when it was first calculated. Why does it continue to say "ships free" until the final step submitting your order then they zap you for another $10. I went ahead with the purchase because it was a really good price. The "bait and switch" "scamming" part I am going to have to watch more closely in the future. I won't put up with or tolerate buying from a company that plays games with my secure cards and order totals.

Tried to purchase 2 custom triggers. The order placed including only 1 of the 2. Instantly contacted Midway, and not only would they not add the second trigger to the order, they will only create a new oneorder with new shipping charges even though they're going to the same address. AND the trigger has been removed from my cart and is now $100 more. I make a lot of firearm related purchases but never again from Midway.

I was skeptical because of bad reviews here, but I still ordered using my credit card and got all 1500 rounds of ammo on time without any trouble. I totally recommend this site.

I ordered a pair of muck boots for my boyfriend. After about 12 spammish emails and no boots being delivered, I called. They said my order was flagged for "quality control" and that I didn't return their "phone call" within 2 days so they canceled my order. I asked if they could resubmit the order and the customer service agent refused to help me do it. When I tried to pull up the boots to reorder, they were $50 more and they would not honor the price I originally purchased them for. Some customer service... To add insult to injury, I tried unsubscribing from their invasive and obsessive emails and they emailed me again. My favorite part is that the company's "vision" is "to be the best-run business in America, and the most successful, most respected business in our industry, for the benefit of our customers." Wow - really towing the line there. They just lost my business indefinitely.

I paid $9 for standard shipping so my hat would come within a week, but ended up taking 2 weeks. I called, and customer service was great, and the hat came the next day
