I have bought a Mia Melon jackets in the past for myself, my mom, and a friend and really like the brand. I finally decided to get one of the wool coats and was so excited. When they sent me the coat, it was the WRONG COAT. Like others, I wrote several emails, and called and didn't get a response. Once I got lucky and somebody picked up the line and after reviewing the photos I sent, confirmed it was the wrong coat and said they would ship me the correct one right away. I sent back the wrong coat and thought everything was settled. It has now been weeks and I have still not received my coat and have had my money stolen. The company can clearly not handle orders and should be forced to stop accepting orders. I'm so disappointed because I have liked and supported them in the past and now feel cheated.

I ordered two jackets for a total of $330. My credit card was charged the full amount. I received an email order confirmation and was then ghosted. No shipping confirmation. It’s been 16 days and my 3 emails have gone unanswered. I tried the customer service phone number too and a recording said it’s been disconnected. What a huge disappointment. Mia melon is taking customer money and not fulfilling orders. That’s fraud.

Never received the jacket I paid for. I've emailed many times about it. I have received one email about it, but have not heard anything else. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

Excellent services from the staff! I bought a Stella jacket and later found a tiny defect on one button. The store manager offered to bring it personally to a seamstress to fix, or to send me a new one. I chose the latter. I got reply the very next day that a replacement is already on its way. This company really stands behind their products. The quality of the jacket is fabulous and it's stylish and versatile.

Recently exchanged the Stella Insulated jacket for a different size. Tanya was very helpful in determining which size and style would be the best fit given what was in stock. My first color choice was sold out and settled oxblood. Turns out the color is very pretty in person - almost sharkskin in tone. Overall I would add sizing is difficult to determine on website, I recommend if you have any questions to email or call customer service. I am pleased with my jacket, it has kept me warm and dry. I do wish the sizing was more accommodating of wide hips. I went up two sizes in order to have enough room and now my jacket is looser in other areas but overall it's a nice coat and staff were very helpful.

This is the best jacket I have ever owned. It is warm, waterproof, durable, comfortable....and most of all I get compliments every time I wear it. If you want to have compliments daily, you need to own one of these amazing jackets!

I love my Mia Melon jacket. Fits me so well, quality is great, perfect for outdoor times in the windy and rainy Vancouver winter.

I recently ordered the Whitney jacket and 2 of the Harper ponchos. The Whitney runs very small. I typically wear an XL and ordered a 1X for extra room. I was not able to zip the jacket up. The ponchos do not fit as depicted on the website. The shoulder area is quite narrow and causes it to bunch up around the neck and force the hood upwards, even on my teenage son who is 5'11" and 145 lbs. I sent an email to customer service and they promptly sent out the jacket in 3X and an RA for returning my original order. The 3X fits exactly as I was expecting in the 1X. Aside from the hit to my ego having to order 2 sizes larger, I love the jacket! Customer service was prompt and excellent. I gave 4 stars due to the sizing issue of the jacket and disappointment in the fit of the ponchos.
