My husband and I found the perfect ring on clearance. We have been searching for a good quality ring at an affordable price for a while. We were a little bit worried about buying a ring online, but the company seemed to be honest and trustworthy. My diamond is beautiful. We got a 1 carat hybrid diamond and I couldn't be happier. I love the fact that the company is environmentally and socially responsible, but also makes quality diamonds at a very affordable price. Win win for everyone.

I have had an amazing experience with MiaDonna! They do great work and their customer service is awesome!!! I was grateful for all of the time their staff (especially Linley Shepard) took to answer all of my questions! They really do bend over backwards to make designing and buying jewelry and enjoyable experience :)

We heard about MiaDonna through a friend and the more we discovered about the company, the more sure we became that if we were going to buy a ring, we would be buying one from them. Having been to a diamond mine in Sierra Leone myself, the idea of a purely Eco-friendly and conflict free diamond was the only way for me. So we planned our trip from British Columbia, Canada to Portland, Oregon and made an appointment to try on and pick out a ring! We ended up almost 20 minutes late to our appointment thanks to traffic and almost running out of gas. Even still, Linley was so helpful. She answered all of our questions, and helped us pick out exactly what we wanted. No hassles, no up-selling, just honest suggestions and information! Dogs aren't allowed on the grounds and it was way too hot to leave ours in the truck so two employees volunteered to take turns puppy sitting outside while we browsed the showroom! My rings came in the mail approximately 3 weeks after we left the showroom and they are both so beautiful. The lab made diamond on my traditional engagement ring is so sparkly and clean. I get so many compliments on it! I would highly recommend MiaDonna to anyone looking for an Eco-friendly and conflict free alternative for their jewellery!

I bought the 3-prong Martini earring and pendant set, and when I put them side by side with my real 1 ct diamond, I cannot tell the difference, both in direct sunlight and other lighting conditions. They are beautiful and worth it for anyone who either can't afford real diamonds or is smart enough not to fall for that market ;) Fast delivery, reliable seller, fantastic product.

I have purchased from mia donna twice. I was thrilled with my first purchase. And due to my first experience I asked them to solder my second ring purchase which voids the return policy. This was a mistake. The second hybrid diamond purchase was disappointing. The stone has no sparkle, cloudy, and in order to get the ring back to mia donna for them to "maybe" replace the stone, I must pay shipping, handling and insure the ring. I'm not interested in spending more money in hopes of getting a brighter more radiant stone. I will not place future orders with this company.

I came across MiaDonna while searching for somewhere to purchase wedding bands that were made of materials with lower environmental impacts. When I realized they were in our area, we set up an appointment to look at their inventory in person and talk with someone about the products. Our sales person was knowledgeable, patient, and not at all pushy; she never once tried to convince us to go with a more expensive option. The rings were ready on the short end of the time they said they would arrive and we were able to pick them up the next day. We did need to get one resized, but that process was just as easy. We had the resized ring shipped to us and it took only a day to arrive (signature required upon delivery... don't want something like that sitting on the porch all day!). Our rings are both 100% recycled palladium, they look and feel great. We are very happy with the decision.

After calling and asking many questions about the product I was then convinced to purchase. I loved the great customer service. The only issue I had was the wait time. It came about 2 weeks after the initial date however it was due to apparently have imperfections in the ring and had to be remade. Although I had to wait a little longer I appreciate the communication of the issue and going the extra mile to ensure that it was in fact 100%. I will definitely be ordering more things in the future.
