My fiancé couldn't be more pleased with the ring, and I was very impressed by the prompt and responsive service.

Recently while trying to select my wedding band I dealt with Linley Shepard...she was fantastic! She worked with me for weeks while I tried to decide. Exchanging photos of my engagement ring and the one she ultimately suggested is the one we selected. She was always very courteous and happy to assist. Anytime we dealt with MiaDonna it was a pleasant experience! Thank you

I had to send my engagement ring back for a stone that fell out of the band and it was fixed and sent back in less than two weeks. The customer service rep Linley was the BEST; always got back to me quickly and was super helpful.

I made a mistake when setting a shipping address. I was in a panic when the ring I ordered shipped to the wrong address. Despite my childish rant the personal shopper I dealt with was calm and very professional and helped me to resolve my mistake. The ring is absolutely gorgeous!!! Thank you to everyone at MiaDonna who played their role in fulfilling my order!!!! You have earned my trust and future business. Thank you again for great products and great customer service.

Customer service is really good with fast communication replies. However, the ring I bought ended up with had excellent diamonds but had sub-par workmanship (it was a palladium ring, a bit crooked). I talked with them via email and the manager offered to get it exchanged and personally check it. She also said she'd look into the how the ring imperfection was missed in their QA process so it doesn't happen again. Ultimately, we opted for a refund due to our time limitation (it takes a week to forge the ring). Refund was credited back to us within two business days of MiaDonna receiving the returned ring. This company is definitely trust worthy and we'd buy from them again--just not last minute in case we get a defective item!

site does a great job of letting you know the pros and cons of the products. So it gives you a sense of trust in what you are buying. It makes it easier to part with your money when you know what you are getting. I was impressed with the product as well.

I chose MiaDonna because not only did they have a competitive price for lab-created diamonds, but their site was the best to use for comparing different cuts of stones and figuring out exactly what kind of diamond I wanted. I had the stone placed in a custom ring and am amazed at how beautiful and perfectly flawless it is. The stone shimmers with the slightest rotation. Upon seeing it, I am so glad I chose to get a lab-created diamond, not only for ethical reasons, but also because it allowed me to get a colorless diamond of ideal cut and reasonable size on a budget.

Loved the whole process of our decision to go with MiaDonna for our wedding ring. Ease of picking it out, ordering and delivery. Perfect!
