Extremely happy with my loose stone
I recently purchased a loose gemstone from MiaDonna. I was blown away at how beautiful not only the stone was but the packaging as well. You can tell they truly love their product and it shows in every aspect when dealing with them. I will definitely use them again and recommend to everyone!

Customer Service is great. Product not so much
While the customer service is always great, the product I purchased has been disappointing. Within a year I have had to return the ring for repairs twice. Once for the stone setting completely breaking off due to poor craftsmanship, and another for the stone falling out of its setting. My fiancee does a superb job of protecting the ring, but it continues to have issues. Repairs and returns have always been relatively quick and painless, but having to do them at all in such a short span of time is disheartening.

Above and beyond
Excellent customer service. Firstly I ordered an engagement ring here some time ago and obviously forgot the ring size. They quickly gave that to me and then in the chat tried on different wedding bands with the engagement ring that I had to see which looked best. Then I was out during delivery and they got the package held for me. Truly great service I highly recommend Mia Donna.

Excellent service and experience
Love! I’m so happy with our rings! My fiancé noticed a little scuff on his, and MiaDonna had the ring re-polished, no questions asked. We’ve only experienced wonderful and helpful service at MiaDonna. Highly recommend!

Great Quality!
The ring I received was of excellent quality! I was having issues with the shipping since the delivery would have been during when I was at work but Miadonna was very responsive and was able to correct the problem so fast! I definitely recommend them not only for their quality but for their mission (and ethical engagement ring and wedding band is very important to me) and customer service!
