I was quoted for a service and when I received the bill it was higher than I was quoted. So I called and they treated me very respectfully and made the necessary changes to my bill. The whole experience was easy and even with one mistake they corrected it right away. Great products and exceptional customer service.

I had a great experience. I had a deadline The original stone that I picked became unavailable so with my permission it was replaced with a slightly larger stone and a better quality. Beautiful ring on time was the result. I’m telling everyone I know that Mia is the place to go for quality conflict free gemstones.
