I am so in love with the custom ring…
I am so in love with the custom ring set from this company. We purchased an engagement ring and wedding band. The ring is everything we wanted and so much prettier than we imagined. Throughout the process, the staff communicated delays gave previews of the design and remembered the details I asked about. We were complete newbies to jewelry anything and this was the only company to COMPLETELY explain everything about rings, rings design, and help us select the right stone for our budget and the ring. I compared prices with about a dozen stores and they beat all the prices with using exactly the materials we were hoping to afford.

The customer service was incredible
The customer service was incredible, easily amongst the best and most personal that I've ever experienced and the ring was genuinely stunning. Justine went above and beyond to ensure the quality of the ring. Amazing overall, I would highly recommend miadonna to anyone in the future!

Incredible Experience
I am so glad that I went with MiaDonna. Thanks to the helpful and insightful assistance from Justine, I was able to feel comfortable and confident in selecting an engagement ring. My fiance was absolutely ecstatic about the ring I picked out and I am excited to have bought a quality, non-conflict diamond. I cannot recommend MiaDonna enough.

Love
I love my ring it’s absolutely gorgeous! My only qualm is that on standard diamond testers it tests as moissanite being that it does not conduct electricity the same as a natural diamond. This is due to the fact that lab diamonds hardly have any imperfections, Backwards I know...but it gave a scare. They should mention this but rest assured the diamond is real!

I am very pleased with MiaDonna. They went out of their way to accommodate an expedited order for an engagement ring, and were able to work with my schedule to ensure I received the ring in time for our trip. And she loved the ring!
