Beautiful recycled gold ring and great service, quick delivery too

My ring is beautiful and I had a great experience in the boutique.

Rings are beautiful and service was outstanding

Ordering was simple.The product was as described. However, the site offered a 10% discount for military, nurses and I believe first responders. I was never able to get this to work. I put in my nursing license number as requested and never did get the discount. I spent a considerable amount of time calling and e mailing with no results. At this point I have just given up on getting the 70$ plus discount.

The ring, packaging and everything I got are perfect and that's the only reason it's not 1 star. First off they shipped it 2 day air and it took 4 days to arrive. Not necessarily their fault but the problem came about when I had to leave the state for work and missed the delivery by about 30 minutes. They require an adult signature and block you from making changes to your delivery options. You have to call miadonna to make changes and it's not free. $15 later and I have the ring headed to a family members house nearby who made special arrangements to be home for the delivery. This time the address is wrong. I have never used E or W on the address before. Some how UPS defaulted it to W or the miadonna rep guessed. That address does not exist so it could not be delivered. Again I had to call miadonna but could not get a person on the phone. I left a message requesting a call back that I never got. Their phone system does not say they are closed or state operating hours so I tried many times to get some one on the phone over 3 days (before and after work, too busy during). After leaving another message stating how mad I was that I would not have my ring in time for my return home and the proposal I had planned was ruined, I finally got a call back. I got it held and had to drive an hour and a half round trip to go get the ring. A lot of frustration could have been saved if they simply stated their hours and time zone. I would have known when to call. They need a better phone system and some way for customers to changing delivery options more easily.

Wonderful product and buying experience. My wife loves the jewelry! One suggestion, however: please consider using a carrier that offers a guaranteed delivery time (such as by 10:30am). It was difficult for me to keep this a surprise when I had no idea what time of day to expect the delivery and it requires a signature.
