It was fine. I gave MiaDonna a ton of money and they sent me a ring. Since then, about 3 weeks ago, I have attempted to unsubscribe from emails a half dozen times and this is my third time "rating the experience" in hopes that it will end.

My diamond was so much better than I imagined...shined brilliantly. I chose the excellent cut grade. I bought a pear shape and knew it would appear larger than a round but it definitely was a stunning surprise!

I had ordered a loose Diamond for an special Engagement/Wedding band, that I had designed. The day of shipping of the Diamond, I had been notified by Justine Elliott- Sales Manager and Mary Schermerhorn-Business Development Officer, HRM, that the Diamond, that I had ordered had been mistakenly misplaced. They could have asked me to re select another Diamond, but instead they took the initiative and ownership and came up the resolution of replacing the lost Diamond, with a higher Clarity and larger Carat size Diamond at no additional charge to me. The resolution, and taking the initiative, truly shows the difference of a “Mediocre” company and a “Great” company! The replacement Diamond reflects the light very well and you can get any colour of the rainbow by moving it around in the sun. Better than I expected! Looks so clear and beautiful, my Wife has gotten so many compliments already. This customer outstanding service, along with the company’s mission and vision, solidifies my extreme satisfaction in doing business with MiaDonna again in the future! Ric S
