The service was impeccable. Only comment of improvement would be to consult the client prior to replacing the stone in the event of damage as there might be a sentimental attachment regardless of damage. The client should have a say so on options of repair. Thank you very much, Patrick Carroll

My fiance ordered my engagement ring through them and after proposing we noticed it was a bit big. We actually went to the store and tried on rings and the woman we worked with sized my finger after our appointment when I was swollen from trying on rings. She didn't adjust for what my finger would be like once the swelling went down, and I didn't know to ask her to. It was a huge hassle to send it all the way to their offices in New York to get it fixed, where you pay the shipping, so we just kept a slightly big ring. Also, the white gold has already started to fade into gold after only one year. Then, I ordered a wedding band from them as a part of a set and it doesn't fit with my engagement ring. I tried to contact them to get it sorted out, but they are slow to respond. They donate and contribute to great causes, but I'm honestly not sure I would shop here again if I did it over. Go somewhere else that has lab diamonds.

Hello Rori, I am sorry to hear you have not been happy with your experience at MiaDonna. Ring sizing can be very difficult as fingers swell depending on the time of day, what you eat and due to the weather. As we are an online company this does mean you will need to ship your rings in order to get them resized or repaired but we do offer a free resize within the first 90 days of purchasing your ring. Unfortunately White Gold is not a naturally white metal and therefore can turn slightly yellow after wearing. We do offer a rhodium plate option which will make the ring look beautiful and white again. How often you need to rhodium plate does differ from person to person. Some people never need to rhodium plate whereas others need to more often. I believe we sent out information to completely remake your wedding band so it fits perfectly with your engagement ring. Due to the wedding band being ordered under a different name from the engagement ring we were unfortunately unable to see that it was being purchased as a set or we would have noted this on the order. I apologize for the confusion.

I LOVE my wedding ring! I got a custom order - I knew exactly what I wanted, but I really wanted it to come from an ethical company and MiaDonna didn’t have something “off the rack” exactly like what I had in mind. But MiaDonna created a ring exactly like what I wanted, and the process of ordering a custom ring was very quick and easy! I did end up needing to get it resized by about half a size but the process was easy and quick and everyone I talked to was very helpful. Before getting engaged I was under the impression that ring sizes were very universal, but ordering wedding rings, both my fiancé and I discovered that they vary like clothing sizes do. I would encourage anyone ordering online to keep in mind your size may be different than with other companies (my wedding ring is a half size different than my engagement ring, which is from a different company).
