MiaDonna has an amazing selection
MiaDonna has an amazing selection and great quality. I love their search function and ring builder so much more than other ring sites. I was able to order my fiance's ring with a lab created diamond, which is what i wanted, and they even have a wide selection of men's rings. Great business!

My ring is absolutely gorgeous
My ring is absolutely gorgeous and well made. It took twice as long as the advertised 7-10 day window and the process of informing me about that delay was a bit rocky, but I love the final product.

Thank you so much Emily and we are delighted to hear you love your ring. We are so sorry that it took longer than expected to craft your ring but we had to custom make the setting for your center stone which we had not anticipated. We are pleased the wait was worth it, it is a gorgeous ring!

Highly recommend, excellent customer service
I purchased two perfectly matched sapphires from Mia Donna. My experience with customer service via their website is unparalleled compared to competitors while I was looking to make this purchase. The stones came quickly and in perfect condition with certification. Unfortunately, in the shipping process, they had come out of the protective case and were sitting in the bottom of the bag when I opened them up, but remained undamaged! I would definitely recommend purchasing from Mia Donna.

Hello Aimee, we appreciate you taking the time to write such a great review. Thank you for letting us know that the stones managed to come loose in the protective case we put them in. We will definitely address this issue for future orders.
