Great experience with Metropolitan Shuttle. I would have appreciated more communication from the drivers - I was not notified when they arrived. Otherwise, things went very smoothly and I would use this service again.

Scott did a wonderful job helping us make our reservations and replying quickly! Metropolitan Shuttle not only was early to pick us up, but Jay, our driver, was very kind and considerate. We will definitely book them again.

Metropolitan Shuttle driver was great for our corporate event. Professional, helpful, and knew the best ways to get us where we were going. Also had great help from the office in getting the right paperwork toghether (including recepits we needed for expense reports, etc.) Account Manager provided adequate service, although he wasn't able to help me directly with most things. Instead, it was the driver or Tammy at the office that I had to reach out to. He really just was able to handle the contract.
