It started a little shaky, with the reservation process, but after all the trip went well, and everything worked out great, thank you to Hazam for booking this trip and bus for us, it was a great outing for our staff everyone was on time and got back safe after the event. Thank you to the metropolitan staff for keeping us informed and booking this for us last minute.

I worked with Ben an Account Executive and he was fantastic! He helped me every step of the way to find the correct transportation for my party. He was very responsive and always answered all of my questions. I highly recommend working with Ben because of how professional and friendly he is.

We got married a few weeks ago here in Denver, CO and decided to use Metropolitan Shuttle as our shuttle service to transport our guests to and from the wedding, including a stop at the after party to drop all guests off who were interested in continuing the night. Scott was our point of contact and he was excellent. Everything from his timely responsiveness to his professionalism and organization, we were very satisfied with the process leading up to our event. We decided to use school buses for our shuttles and Scott and Metro provided 3 school buses to pick up guests at the hotel, bring them to the venue, and bring everyone back to the afterparty and the hotel. They let us have a cooler on each bus with water and Gatorade to rehydrate our guests on the way to the afterparty. We really appreciated that. Overall, our guests said it was a smooth ride and very easy to transition from event to event using the shuttles. We were very satisfied with the quality of buses, professionalism in communication and the overall experience using Metro Shuttle. Thanks to Scott and Metro, our event was a huge success! I worked with Scott at Metropolitan Shuttle and he was easy to get a hold of and communicate with leading up to the trip. We were assigned a bus company outside of Cincinnati for our trip to Georgia and had a couple complications with the bus however Scott was available to work out any issues that luckily didn't end up coming up.

Had to book a shuttle service last minute and they did everything we asked for and more. Prompt service from the driver and very accommodating service from every one I talked too. Will be using them again in the future.

Of course, we needed a very last minute 4-day shuttle and had very vague directions and schedules and Miora at Metropolitan came through. Thank you for rolling with our punches, Miora (and Tammy and the bus driver)! We appreciate all of your generous help!
