My non-profit needed to shuttle students from our hotel to the local university. Metropolitan Shuttle saved us quite a lot. Scott suggested we use more affordable school buses. The four buses arrived on time, were clean, and had seat belts which I requested. Our return pickup was on time as well. Working with Scott was easy and even with the 3 hour time difference, communication was excellent. We plan to use this service again in 2019

Of course, had to make last minute arrangements for a bus. Was pleasantly surprised when Metropolitan Shuttle could accommodate us. Communication between Scott and myself was excellent. Highly recommend!

I called last minute and they were able to get me exactly what I needed right away. Then as we all know nothing stays as planned and Metropolitan Shuttle rolled with the punches and switched the itinerary for us without any problems. Thank you!

Dave at Metropolitan Shuttle dealt with several last minute changes in our agenda and made sure our driver was on time at each location. He was patient and helpful through the process of itinerary changes; even on a day when he was out sick, he was responsive and made sure things got done. Awesome and so appreciated!! Thanks Dave!

We hired Metropolitan Shuttle for our wedding. We requested 3 school buses to shuttle all of our guests to and from the hotel and venue in the DC area. The buses were almost an hour late, which delayed the entire ceremony. The company never followed up to see how the event went and we will not be recommending them in the future.

We contracted for around 5-7 buses for our prom, first they arrived almost 2 hours late! Then to make matters worse one of the buses with high school students on board hit a parked car on the way to our destination, then the driver and company DENIED hitting them. Then they didn't do the right thing in the end and did not even give us money back one that they promised to return and did not give a discount for their mistake. Absolutely terrible and would not recommend to anyone. Awful charter company.

Just got off the phone with them, my company is currently looking for a shuttle/bus company to partner up with and the person I spoke to was very rude and UNEDUCATED. haha Im glad I got a representation of their company before even considering them. Way to do business Metropolitan Shuttle! :0)
