I don't usually write a review any more, I have gotten too old and it takes so much of my time and because every company that I work with is asking me for a review too and I feel 5 stars within it self is a wonderful review. If I give your company 5 stars, that should say something to you! To me, it is saying your company did a great job and that I really appreciate your company's work and I feel that should suffice! Excellent customer service when I questioned my auto warranty plan. I highly recommend this company.

The worse experience i had ever encountered with a warranty company, they convinced me to leave my existing warranty I should've checked the reviews. They denied my claim stating it was a pre existing issue when documents from the dealership showed that it wasn't but they adjuster still denied it. And they keep giving me the run around when try to get my money back Don't deserve a star fraudulent activity.

My transmission died last week and I sent in all of the paperwork from my last service (in April 2024) including a transmission check. You are trying to claim that since I waited 14000 miles between oil changes that you are unable to help me with my transmission replacement. Even the mechanic at the transmission place told you that shouldn't matter-- this is a transmission issue not an issue with oil change maintenance. I pay a lot of money monthly for what?!?! I am hopeful that you will still be able to help me!!

Elderly couple with out AC and its 95-100 in south Texas and 3 days now with no response and no idea of if it will be approved for repairs or not. Sent requested documents 2 days ago and they told us they will get back to us at their convenience.

Customer service is very horrible the way they talk to you is ridiculous. How we are suppose to be your clients and you are suppose to be there to help. My transmission went out they claim i didn't get the car serviced i got proof of the service paper now they're claiming i reset a transmission button that cant be located they been looking for reasons to deny my claim. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are NO HELP. THEY'RE SO BUSY LOOKING FOR A REASON TO DENY YOU.
