I like how it didn’t long for you all to approve my claim. I would recommend you to people for a warranty. Like how you all do business.

Wish the warranty covered all parts of vehicle and was faster turn arounds with the claims

TO BE QUITE HONEST WITH YOU, I CALLED YOUR COMPANY TO CANCELL MY REMAING CONTRACT BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT CAME OUT OF MY POCKET. I ASSUMED THE MAJORITY OF MY TOTAL COST WOULD BE COVERED, I WAS WRONG, MY OUT OF POCKET WAS ASTRONOMICAL. I FELT SOMEHOW THERE WAS A MISTAKE. BUT AS I SPOKE WITH ROB MARTCHINK, HE PUT MY MIND AT EASE, HE EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT I NEEDED TO HEAR. HE WAS VERY HONEST, THOROUGH, AND CLEAR WHERE I FULLY UNDERSTOOD MY CONTRACT. HE PUT ME AT EASE. THANK YOU FOR THIS EMPLOYEE, HE WAS AMAZING IN THE TIME OF NEED.

This company is a fraud

I've been getting the run around on a claim from my dealerships. Dave post with merit administration has gone above and beyond in trying to help me. One side says the part isn't due the accident but Dave wrote several emails for me showing why their wrong. Seems they want me to pay 880.00 for a part saying it's not part of the accident. Dave got the info sent to them showing exactly why merit denied the claim. It's now a wait and see with my insurance company. Without his help I'd have no other avenues to get this bill paid by insurance instead of me. He deserves a 5 star rating. He doesn't know me from Adam, but treated me like family. I'm impressed Sharon Stanlik

The last place I had my oil changed put down incorrect mileage & I didn't notice. Then when I took it for the next oil change I was told I needed a new motor. My claim was denied because I had "unaccounted for mileage" due to the wrong mileage being recorded. When I went to get a correct receipt, it was rejected because it was a handwritten "guess". I paid in full for 2 years every month. I was still under my mileage limit at the time of my claim. I believe they didn't try to work with me, but looked for an excuse not to fix my car.
