This was the first time I had to make a claim. I thought it was a little ridiculous to have to prove I had done regular oil changes when my issue had to do with my brakes. Once the company got proof I had gotten regular oil changes they approved the service. It took about 3 days for this process. I was fortunate I could continue to use my car but would have been very aggravated if I had to be without my car waiting for them to approve the service.

Had a problem with paper work but it worked out well other then that every thing was good thank you

Timely service !!

I was required to make all past service documents available. Sometimes this can be a big headache and time consuming. Fortunately I had all my work done at my previous dealership and just needed to make 1 call.

My intial cobtact wirg telephone number kept asking if I needed Medicare. It was very annoying. It took two days to connect with someone. Then they questioned my warranty. But in three days it was approved after I sent in records of my keeping maintenance. Then the work was approved. Even though I had the Diamond service.
