Es taugt einfach nix
Es taugt einfach nix. Ich habe schon mehrere Emails geschrieben, weil man sich ja an den Support wenden soll um eine Retoure einzuleiten, aber bis heute keine Rückmeldung . Habe einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet. Absoluter Schrott. Geht ins Gym oder gebt richtig Geld aus um was gescheites für daheim zu bekommen.

Great machine, terrible delivery.
Edit: Raising my rating as Merach did respond and the rowing machine was subsequently shipped. The machine is excellent to use so far, but I'm dropping stars as the delivery company used was absolutely abysmal, I waited home all day but there was no knock on my door at all. Apparently a signature was needed upon receipt but they didn't even bother. The box was just plonked outside in the rain where it became saturated. Thankfully I got to it before the equipment became water damaged. If XDP is used for your delivery just beware that their business practices are shocking. Ordered a rowing machine a week ago and have had no communication from Merach since. Nothing to say it's been shipped or even if it will be shipped. I've emailed with absolutely no response. Have had to raise a dispute with PayPal, as this seems to be a bit of a cowboy outfit, going from other reviews.

Great rowing machine! Easy to assemble, simple to use, and very quiet. Excellent—I would buy it again anytime!

Quality Product and Service
We ordered the NovaWalk W50 TrekPad with 12% auto incline. When it arrived, there was some minor damage. Customer service was excellent to work with and sent a replacement right away. The walking pad itself is easy to use and we are very impressed with the quality. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a walking pad.

Merack R50 three weeks review
Bought a Merack R50 three weeks ago. It had flywheel noise and a wobbling seat, but customer service was fast and helpful, sending replacement parts and clear instructions. Great support, decent product for about half the price of competitors.
