WARNING merach.eu SCAM I ordered a rower 2 days ago and haven't recieived any proof of payment. I immediatly contacted the support team and the same "Kitty" replied only 2 days after saying they can't find my order linked to my e-mail adresse. I got back to them but still no reply. I'll be happy to take my comment off if this is all a mistake from their part.

J'ai contacté le service client avant de commander au bout de plus de 36h toujours aucune réponse. Je précise que c'est en pleine semaine. Ça fait peur de voir leur manque de considération d'un futur client ... Autant craindre ce qui va se passer a l'avenir en cas de problème qui nécessite de les contacter....

Lasst bloß die Finger weg von diesem unseriösen Unternehmen. Walking Pad bestellt, geliefert, bevor es dann nach ca. 3 Monaten kaputt ging. Kundenservice kontaktiert. Ich sollte dann anhand eines Videos den Motor reparieren, Lebensgefahr. Ein Reparatur innerhalb der Gewährleistungsfrist durch Merach wurde abgelehnt. Auch eine Abholung und ein Austausch wurde abgelehnt. Schlussendlich wurde mir eine Rückerstattung zugesichert, von der ich aber bis heute nichts gesehen habe. Man wird immer wieder vertröstet. Hier sollte der Endverbraucher auf allen möglichen Kanälen gewarnt werden um nicht auf diese Betrugsmasche reinzufallen. Ebenso wird auch die Verbraucherzentrale ins Boot geholt, damit die Leute gewarnt werden.
