Never received parcel. Tried to call and all you get is an automated response. Email no response. I am about to escalate this as fraud to my bank. Please do not use this company. Customer service is non existent

Bonjour, J’ai effectué une commande le 15 novembre ( un rameur) , et malgré 2 mails de relance sur le site, je n’ai aucune nouvelle de cette commande. C’est incompréhensible. Soit elle est traitée et on me donne des nouvelles et une date, soit elle est annulée et je peux passer commande sur un site plus sérieux.

** Last update and all is resolved! 😊 Turns out the right-hand side metal unit is not a stock/shippable item but Merach offered a partial refund or a complete replacement and you can’t say fairer than that. I can’t quite give 5 stars on account of the original problem, but it has been far from the issues that others have experienced. One easy (maybe) thing to keep us customers calmer would be to acknowledge the support requests sooner so it doesn’t feel like the support requests are disappearing into a void. Just an automated Zendesk or similar response would have made things better. In the meantime, if anyone is experiencing any problems with a Merach product, there is some humour to be had in various English translations to keep the mood lighter 😜 Thanks, Merach, for the help and resolution! ** ** Sooo, they only sent the plastic bit and not the main metal unit with the issue… Comms have been good, though. We shall see what happens next. ** ** Updated from 1 to 3 stars - I have heard back from support and it looks like they can send out a replacement footplate! :) Will update again when resolved. ** I'll happily update this score if I get a response from Merach UK. Even an automated reply to the emails (one sent via gmail and and one via the website form) would be something. I've also left details via phone and when retrying constantly get something along the lines of "No support agents are currently available to take your call. Please leave your details and we'll call back." It has only been 24 hours since I contacted them, but with no aknowledgement at all received and having seen other people's reviews I'm leaving this as fair warning that charge backs and trading standards are on the cards unless someone gets in touch soon. I ordered an R50 rower, which arrived in good time and was well packaged but one of the foot rests has stripped threads and some screws that are not fully in (factory fitted items, not the ones that you have to self assemble) so the plastic footplate is not properly fixed to the metal base. In addition, the metal base itself is slightly bent/curved compared to the other side. It's probably useable but will quickly wear/break because things aren't attached properly and is not what you want when shelling out £450. I'll happily receive a replacement footrest assembly and fit it myself - just get in touch and let me know my options! I also ordered an eliptical unit which is due to arrive today and is a gift, so I'm awaiting that with trepidation.

Hi Merach official website, I thought you were going to thoroughly investigate the merchandise I never received supposedly from you? You said you didn't stock the Ninja airfryer or the recumbent bike. I've heard nothing back from you.

Shipping was great but, when I received the message heated pillow it was hard to charge, once it finally charged , it only last a couple hours,but when it’s running it’s great

I got my plate fast and when it wasn't working right they were very helpful in making sure it was replaced. Thank you!
