Commande 4532FR J'ai passé une commande le 01 Déc 2025. Je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu.bloquée à Duisbourg? J'ai demande des explications. Réponse au bout de 45jours alors j'ai annulé la commande et demandé le remboursement. Plus des nouvelles et pas de remboursement des 279.99euros. Je déconseille d'acheter sur merach.fr

Horrendous do not purchase direct! Don’t believe the lies on Google of great customer service and direct to Australia now. A total lie. Waited 6 days after 5 emails for a response on my order. Terrible. Go through Amazon

Je suis ravie de mon tapis de marche Merach. Il est silencieux (c'etait un critere important pour moi car je suis en appartement) et la pente jusqu'à 12% permet d'alterner les exercices. Facile d'utilisation avec sa télécommande.

I had some issues with the shipment but the aftersales support fixed to the problem by sending another machine. The rower is a good machine with a good quality.

Vor 7 Tage eine Reklamation beantragt. Da ein Teil des Laufbandes gebrochen ist bei der Lieferung. Bis dato keine Reaktion. Ebenfalls fehlt noch ein Teil der Bestellung und auch hier keine Reaktion auf meine Mail. Ergänzung 28.01.: Kundensupport hat sich gemeldet und ein großzügiges Angebot gemacht. Update, sobald der Support Fall abgeschlossen ist. 10.02. Austausch des kaputten Gerätes erfolgt. Nach Start Schwierigkeiten, dann doch super geklappt. Sind mit den Geräten für das Homegym sehr zufrieden!

I bought a manual elliptical machine from this company. The machine works well but the assembly was a problem because some parts did not fit. The screws for the monitor were missing. These screws were also identified wrong in the instructions - shown as M6 screws but the monitor required M5. Also, the monitor's hole pattern was different from the pattern in the mounting bracket. I had to 3D-print an adapter to go between the monitor and the bracket to allow me to attach it, and get the proper screws. Other issues: the monitor's distance measurement seems incorrect - it shows that I complete a mile in five minutes. I'm 68 and not in the best shape, so I doubt that the numbers are correct. The distance seems to be more accurate when using the phone app. Also, the heart rate measurement does not work in their phone app, but it works in the monitor. I attempted to submit a review through their website but it was not published. I guess they do not publish negative reviews.
