Merach USReviews of merachfit.com

I absolutely LOVE the Merach Vibration Plate! I started my wellness journey at nearly 400lbs. I started using the Vibration Plate around 330lbs. It has made a huge difference in the way I feel and work out! I am now down to 268 and I credit this machine for my consistency because I love using it EVERYDAY!! I started off the Amazon Pick vibration plate. I loved it but it was too narrow for someone my size which led me to look for a bigger/better option. I tried Merach second and I never tried another brand. This brand is far superior to the Amazon Pick. It does cost more but it is WAY BETTER. If cost is the issue, don't let it stop you from trying this version. You will not regret it. This has helped me get my lymphatic system moving, increase my stability, increase strength, and lose so much unwanted fat! I never go anywhere without telling people about how much this machine has changed my life! I went on a Cruise last September and had to drive from Miami back home to KY. Even though I had been on the road for nearly 18 hours straight, the first thing I did was a round on my Merach Vibration Plate!! Honestly, it was rejuvenating, now I carry it with me!! I recently had an issue with my machine and Merach offered to help me get the issue fixed right away with no long extensive hoops to jump through. I would recommend this company and its products over any of the competition. They truly are in a league of their own and they really care about their customers! A++++!!

Great product.

I ordered the Merach v40 vibration plate after much research for sciatica pain. My order was placed on Feb 2,2026, expected delivery by Feb 15. I found this out after emailing because my order did not ship or update in the time it said on the website. Nothing by the 15th, so I emailed again to get a "closed for the week" response. After a week long close for "Chinese new year" they finally responded that, my color was out of stock & would I accept a different color. I responded yes, no matter on the color. After several more emails and pure frustration, they FINALLY responded on March 2nd that my color change has been placed & they would let me know as soon as it was shipped. I recieved a shipping notification the next day & recieved the plate on Friday March 6th. I absolutely LOVE my fitness plate from them. Customer service is definitely lacking though. There is no phone number to call, only email, which they do answer eventually.... great product so far, just don't expect to recieve it fast! 5 weeks is a LONG wait!

The bearing on my bike was worn upon arrival and would make a knocking sound on the flywheel got in touch with customer services and they are currently in the process of sending a replacement bike. Couldn’t be happier :)

Updated review Happy Customer Customer Service reached out and sent me a new bike. I want to say thank you but please work on handling things like this sooner DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I could put negative 5 stars. Long story short purchased an exercise bike and I arrived damaged and unusable. I tried to contact them immediately and I received a 1 800 number that went to a voicemail. I contacted PayPal after emailing them and they finally answered. They agreed to refund me but won’t sent me a prepaid label. They barely answer emails as it wa almost 2 weeks before they responded to my 1st email.

The rowing machine is a very quality exercise equipment. For a smooth stable workout.
