Merach USReviews of merachfit.com

The quality is amazing. Solid metal pretty much everywhere needed. Paint is immaculate. Seat is by far the most comfortable. Simple and easy to assemble. Base has feet to stabilise the machine on uneven surfaces. Just follow the instructions in the manual closely. Just be mindlful not to damage the screw threads or cause slippage due to force on misaligned insertion. There are no spare screws to supplement mishap. However, support team responds well and instantly to deal with any issue. No defects or missing parts in the unit I received. Delivery was on time and support team responded quick despite of holidays. The handle and seat are sturdy, no wobble when the screws are tightened well. I am confident the pedals won't give up under me. Bought training equipment mat 1m² separately from a local store to put under the base. Very happy with the purchase and the discounted deals. Worth the value

#7382FR Depuis le 21 février je tente de joindre leur service client. Personne ne répond, vous devez les menacer sur la place publique pour avoir une réponse.

I am seemingly waiting, without delivery as well and no contact. Is it a scam??? Order number CA#3400

Their Customer Service is terrible. I purchased a Twoster Arm Exerciser. The item arrived. A pamlet showing how to adjust tension was the only instruction. I send a message through Instagram stating the link listed in the pamlet did not show any Exercises to do. They told me to contact the retailer that sold it. I questioned them since one would assume the manufacturer of the product would have that information on the website since Merachs pamlet directed customer there. They responded again to contact the retailer. Poor Customer service

Avoid at all cost! Non-existent customer service team, not adhering to their agreed SLAs and policies. Constant automated messages with "out of office on weekend" responses despite contacting them on weekdays, additionally no response on call as well. Be very careful and attentive before buying any product. Received a defective/broken equipment, therefore refraining to comment on product quality. Absolutely appalled at the state of customer service despite purchasing the item from the official website. Update 1 : I wouldn't classify sending an automated message as a customer service support. Since the last reply, I have reverted with the current policy and request to return for a refund for the defective item received. The company is breaching its own return policy and running a loop of constant automated messaged and no possibility to get in touch with any customer service representative to support their client. The customer service contact number remains unreachable despite trying at multiple days and times. It continues to be one of our most disappointing purchases. If I had known about the lack of customer support, I would have never bought the product. I will continue to recommend anyone against buying any product from Merach UK and their official website

Vielen Dank.

Merach offers high quality exercise equipment at an excellent price point. As a customer who values quality, this drew me to purchase from Merach over other companies.

I first ordered from this company in October 2025 and had a good experience. Product was shipped and arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. To this day we still use and love it. However I ordered 2 additional products in December 2025 for Christmas presents. Shipping was delayed which at that time of the year I understand happens, so no big deal. After getting the products and setting them up both were non functional. So I sent an email to about getting replacement products because again things happen that people/companies can’t control and since we love our original purchase I just wanted replacements. I had to send 3 emails before getting a single response. After finally getting a response they wanted proof so I complied and took the videos and pictures proving they were nonfunctional and emailed them back within hours of receiving the request. Another 3 weeks goes by with no response which seems to be a pattern. They will email, I’ll respond promptly then I hear nothing for weeks, this has been going on since December. Twice now I’ve been told one thing then in the next email they say the opposite. Beginning of February I’d finally hit my breaking point and I told them enough is enough and I no longer wanted replacements just a refund. It’s now the end of February and I’m still wanting on my refund even though the email I got stated a refund was being processed, which again was 3 weeks ago. Yesterday I received an email stating replacements products were delivered which isn’t the case. So now I’ve escalated things because this whole situation has become impossible and I’ve reported them to the better business bureau and am disputing the charge with my bank. After going back and forth with them for almost 3 months at this point I’ve completely lost any and all understanding and patience with this company. We will never buy from them again and have been advising people against it as well.
