I had an issue with a product under warrantee. After contacting Merach via their website, they responded promptly with genuine concern to make things right. Their customer support person assigned to my case, Rosie, was outstanding at timely communication and problem resolution. In short order my issue was fully resolved. I have the highest regard and appreciation for Merach, their products, their service, and especially Rosie. They have earned my top recommendation.

So glad I went with the W60 Ultra. I was looking at a bunch of different walking pads on Amazon and settled on this one because of the wider belt. Best decision ever. It feels really sturdy when you're walking on it, not flimsy at all like some cheaper ones. It slides right under my couch when I'm done. Delivery was quick and it basically works right out of the box, no complicated setup. Highly recommend if you need to get moving during long zoom calls.

After spending a considerable amount of time researching walking pads, I was specifically looking for three things: a higher weight capacity, automatic incline, and a design that would fit comfortably under my standing desk. The Merach NovaWalk W50 TrekPad was one of the few products that checked every box, and at a surprisingly reasonable price given the features and build quality. It has been one of the best investments I've made for my health and fitness. What truly sets the W50 apart is the automatic incline combined with its 400 lb weight capacity. By wearing a weighted vest and using the incline feature, I'm able to maintain a true Zone 2 heart rate while walking at a slower pace. This allows me to comfortably type, attend meetings, and use my mouse without sacrificing productivity or concentration. Instead of sitting for most of the day, I'm now able to accumulate meaningful cardio while working, and the impact on my energy levels, fitness, and overall health has been tremendous. It's honestly one of the most effective lifestyle changes I've made. I did experience an error code after pausing and restarting the unit, but Esther from Merach's customer service team was exceptional. She has been incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making things right. The level of support I received reinforced my confidence in both the company and its products. Excellent treadmill, excellent customer service, and an outstanding value for the features offered. I would absolutely recommend the W50 and would not hesitate to purchase from Merach again.

Genuinely one of the worst shopping experiences of my life with Merach. I bought the vibration plate - the screen stopped working and the slip mat came loose making it unusable after minimal usage. I messaged Merach (just for advice) and they offered me a replacement or refund. I chose refund. It’s now been 20 days and they’re not replying to me. They told me to request the refund on ali express so I did, then they denied it. Now they won’t reply at all and I wasted my money, countless emails and hours on customer service chats. Horrible! - Although they have replied to this saying they’ve contacted me, they haven’t and still aren’t replying.

The customer service team was quick to respond to my email. It was within 24hrs. They explained the answer to my concern and questions. It was very professionally and kindly handled. I was very appreciative of how well and smooth everything has been.
