J’ai commandé un rameur MERACH R28 reçu assez rapidement en septembre 2025 et plutôt satisfait au premier abord. Puis seulement après 4 mois d’utilisation les sangles des pieds ont lâché par usure… C’est là où les problèmes commencent car il n’y à quasiment aucun service client! Après de multiples relances par email, seul moyen des les contacter, j’ai eu un retour me demandant les informations de ma commande, déjà présent dans mon premier email… Et depuis 3,5 mois je n’ai plus aucune nouvelle et j’ai un rameur sans attache pied. Donc à éviter car j’ai bien l’impression que le problème est récurrent chez MERACH.
