Just received my SC09 litter box. Easy set up. Cat # 1 used within 30 minutes. Cat #2 is the challenge, fingers crossed that he adapts to this unit.

It's super easy to order and very fast shipping. We have three of the litter boxes. Two SC09 and one SC01. Theses litter boxes are work horses. They just go and go and the cats love them. We have 4 cats. We also have one Movahome litter box. The cats prefer the Meowant. I don't know if it is worth retail price, because I have gotten mine on great deals. So for 3-400$ it's a great deals. Simple to use. Some complain about needing to attach the plastic piece to empty it, but that's really not a big deal. The one thing that I don't like is there is always a little bit of litter left after you empty it. You have to scope it out with something. Not the end of the world. But not necessary in my other brand litter box.

Ease of on-line purchasing and shipping expedience; product seems easy to use, however our cat has not fully adjusted to using it regularly during this first week. I do think in time, he will.

From unboxing to my cats going in it to use it, this was the most seamless, satisfying, and successful experiences with an electronic litter box I’ve had so far. And I have had too many. No excuses, no missing parts, no damaged parts, no waiting for an answer from the manufacturer… Just a product that came with extremely easy to follow instructions for putting it together and using it, and it does exactly what it is advertised to do! And it arrived just two days after I ordered it.

If you’re wondering how this unit tracks cats, It’s by their weight, for our cat pebbles, it is listed as 8.8 pounds and we have only one cat so it doesn’t matter, but if you would have multiple cats, you will always know which cat used the box because it looks event by its weight. That being said, the unit works as it should very well. Also, I’m glad I spend the extra money on a bigger unit even though our cat is less than 10 pounds.

I have the SC02 and it has been great so I’m hoping this will help more with four cats. Only three use it as the one is 17

My experience is great. I bought the larger one for my cats, then I bought one for my next door neighbor the smaller one. I am now purchasing another smaller one to put my garage as I have three cats. I highly recommend this
