Did not like the delay on my order, Company should of done a discount on the items if late delivery

received timely, excellent product

We have 19 cats. I have a variety of the automatic litter. Sc02 sco9 and just ordered the sc10. We check and change the bags twice a week. Can't wait for the new box to get here.

Easily assembled. My cat’s immediately were comfortable with using it. One cat believes it’s entertainment ! He sits in the doorway to observe it cycling. The space makes it comfortable for my 30 lb cat to use it with ease . Highly recommend .

very responsive and clear regarding purchase and shipment.

Best products with the best customer service. I love everything about my litter boxes the operation is excellent and the price is reasonable. I also bought the air purifiers and just recently purchased the odor eliminators and I am excited to try them. Shipping has always been fast and the items are always packed well with no damage. My cats are happier than they have ever been. I am a repeat customer for a reason and will continue to be.

Transaction was made quickly

The litterbox came quickly. The first litterbox that I got a year ago took awhile to get here. I bought this one as a gift because I am pleased with the litterbox I have. I recommend the SC02 for the bigger opening compared to the SC01. The only issue I am having is 2 of my cats are within a few oz of each other so the app gets them confused when their weight fluctuates throughout the day.
