These things are a game changer to the Litter Robot. Way cheaper and not as many sensors as the Litter Robot to cause unnecessary problems when cleaning. I have 2 and id definitely buy again.

This is our second one, being delivered today. Our first, a couple months ago is the largest one, this smaller one is for one more kitty we adopted. Ordering was easy, setup extremely easy and it works like a dream!

Took cats a moment to get used to it. My only recommendation would be maybe not turn on for a day or two to give them a chance to get used to newness

I purchased the litter box, model SC02, directly from Meowant. My dissatisfaction is with my customer experience with Meowant. NOT ABOUT THE PRODUCT. I wanted to return it and after several emails with a lot of frustration in between we managed to work it out. I wish the SC02 had been large enough for my cats. I purchased this specifically because it had an important feature, a low step up for my cats. It was too small for my cats so I gave it to my granddaughter who is thrilled with it. It’s quiet, works as it’s advertised and appears to be a very good product. Based on my granddaughter’s experience I would recommend this litter box. If you would like to purchase the Meowant Automatic Litterbox get it from Amazon. I think the return or exchange issue would have been handled differently than it was dealing directly with Meowant.
