Poop spreaded instead of clumping
for some reason with one of my cats who is the only one using this larger unit, the poop does not clump and gets spread and smeared around. I cannot get any help from the company as to why this is happening. I use tidy cat which works in the other meowant and the litter robot just fine. is there a reason to this issue?

If the poop does not clump, please try the following. 1. It is recommended to extend the cleaning time after the cat leaves, and choose to set the cleaning time to more than 15 minutes (the longest cleaning time that can be set on the APP is 60 minutes) to facilitate the cat litter to clump. 2. Use cat litter with good clumping effect.
