This is a horrible product the house smellls like cat poop and urine after one use want a refund

The litter box is awesome, the only problem was the shipping, is was supposed to be here and 3 to 5 days and it took 2 weeks! And there is no response from customer service until they actually ship it. But the product is really great!

We got our litter box collection bags in 5 days. Amazon quoted a month and a half. Same price…

We bought 2 of the sc02 units. One unit has been sounding like its motor is weak. Now we get drum stuck all the time. So, the sound was right we believe. The other one had a defect on the rubber mat floor ..kind of like a wrinkle...and our cat scratched it so now there is a hole in it after only 2 weeks! We put in warranty claim but no response. We used the chat and one reply said to send a video but it's just a picture we have of a stuck drum and a hole in the floor. We tried to send it and still no reply They went from over $1000 retail to half off to just $250. We like the concept but it ends up being more work than just using a manual cat biox. Simple engineering changes could make it a great item with production quality fixed. Like bigger inside so cats do not poop on the front edge. Or better/stronger motor so it turns without straining. And something that helps the "trash" get to the bucket instead of sticking to the back wall. And stronger floor that can not be torn. I can't wait to see the AI response to this post saying they sent me an email that fixes everything! One last suggestion...either get a phone number for customer service or stop selling these.

Pros: very easy to setup, came well packaged, and app download was a breeze. The sensor is very sensitive and will stop a cleaning cycle as soon as your cat nears the machine. Easy to access waste-bin. Cats are taking to it fine, just a little skeptical, but still using it. Cons: if your cat likes to pee on the edges of a litter box, then this box will require more work than you expect from an automatic litter box. The cleaning cycle has to run at least 2-3 times to get the litter to clump enough for the box to clean itself, even after setting it to 10-15 mins cleaning cycles. Otherwise the pee will smear all over the inside. I’ve had to get in and manually move the litter around to get it to clump so the cleaning cycle will pick up the waste. Just add a thicker layer of litter to the edges and run a cleaning cycle 2-3 times. Overall I’m satisfied and it’s been a week with the new box. Even though I’m still having to do some work, it’s less than the 2 times a day manual cleaning I used to do. With the big discount I got, this is a good purchase. If I had paid full price, my review would’ve been 3 stars.

Ordered this because we were leaving to go out of town and promised a 3 to 5 day delivery. It didn't deliver until two weeks later so now we are out of town and not only don't know how good it works but hope it is still there when we get home. When we inquired about the delivery and mentioned the promised date of delivery the response was we should be understand and hopefully can work with our neighbors to help up. Thankfully, we ordered the litter robot to compare and it was supposed to be delivered later than Meowant but it arrived early. It also upset me that when they confirmed the shipment of our order they attached a picture with their new lower price than what I paid. So now I over paid and didn't get my order on time. Hope it at least works.

My first litter automatic litter box and very user friendly. Easy set up and very quiet operation.
