I have to say, Meowant's shipping and tracking policies are by far the best I have experienced in a long time. Your detailed notification services and accurate messaging are even better than those of Amazon. I can't wait to bring my kitty/ies home after my New Year celebrations.

I bought the Meowant about two weeks ago. The setup was easy and it worked great for about 2 weeks. Then it just quit working. It won't turn on at all. I bought a replacement electrical plug to see if it was maybe a bad cord. It wasn't. It's the machine itself. I have reached out to Meowant customer service 3 times now, and no response from them ... AT ALL!!! One of my messages just disappeared from the Facebook feed all together, as if I had never sent it. I asked Meowant to send a replacement, or refund my money. Again, no response. I gave them 1 star because of a faulty machine and poor customer service. I do not recommend this litter box or the company. UPDATE: They asked for a video. I tried uploading it to their website, after cutting the video down to 45 seconds (per their 1 minute max rule) and I am unable to upload the video to their website. I'm not surprised. I tried emailing the video and they say they cannot open/view the video. Again, I am not surprised. It would go a long way if they would just refund me my money without further frustration and aggravation on my part. Meowant - do the right thing and refund my money, please. Thank you.

Great product.

I was able to assemble the unit. All the parts were there and it went together as instructed. Upon plugging it in, it went through a complete cycle. But every time it is tested or used by the cat it rocks back-and-forth a few times and then resets itself. It does not clean through a complete cycle like it is supposed to.

Very nice and user friendly.

The site was so easy to use. The product works as advertised. The fact that I was able to pay over time was very helpful, especially with Christmas coming up quickly. The best part, took almost no time at all for shipping. It arrived somewhere around 3 days after placing the order. This package arrived sooner than any other package I was expecting. Definitely will be recommending this product to others.

Great price, great shipping speed, great product. Had some trouble ordering two at once (it would not give me the black Friday price on both) so I had to do two separate orders, which was OK. The website is pretty user friendly, and their shipping is fast (and free!). To my surprise the product comes with a litter mat, lots of disposal bags, and deodorizer cakes for the unit. Excellent deal for the price, and this unit is SO quiet you would not believe it. Cats used it immediately. Oh, yeah, and the app is pretty user-friendly too but my only complaint is that you have to be on a 2.4 wifi instead of 5.0 to use it.
