Love this litter box! Easy to put together, well made!! I love it so much that I have 2 of them. And my Maine Coon cat uses it♥️ Totally makes life easier, especially with 4 cats. May have to buy more when my daughter moves back with 3 more cats!!😂🤦🏻♀️

We have 4 cat's that we love. We have had the litter robot 3 and the litter robot 4. The Meowant takes up less space, is quiter, and is so much easier to clean.

Awful customer service. The company seems like a Scam. Won’t allow returns and don’t follow thier own written company policies. I really wanted to like the Meowant automatic litter box, but unfortunately it has not been the product for me and I regret my purchase. The worst part, though, has been the lack of customer service. I reached out multiple times via email and still haven't received a helpful or timely response about how to initiate my return. It’s been less than 30 days since purchase when I sent my initial email. They respond in the middle of the night and just seem to challenge me and avoid initiating the actual return I requested. There's no phone number to call, and trying to get support feels like shouting into the void. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and accountability. Everyone if you are debating about the extra couple hundred dollars for the litter robot. Do it. Because I wish I did. I wouldn’t recommend this litter box or brand. Save yourself the hassle and go with a company that stands behind their product and values their customers.

Poor customer service. Have been trying to request a return within the 30 day window and have been getting the run around for a week. Customer service continues to email me back and forth with no actual solution or information on how to initiate my return. I am unhappy with the function of the product ordered less and 30 days ago and communicating with customer service has been a nightmare. I would not recommend this product to anyone, specifically due to the poor customer service and lack of assistance.
