Customer Service did not keep me informed about the studs of the Odor Gel packs that were out of stock. I had to initiate all contact.

It hasn't even been a week since I got it, but so far I am very happy with it. I have four cats ranging in weight from about 8.5 to 10.5 pounds. Of course, they watched me setting it up and had to check everything out thoroughly. They were intrigued by the movement and spend a lot of time standing on it, trying to get while it was moving, etc. It did stop and restart as expected. I think it helps that it is nearly silent, less scary that way. The two youngest (almost 4 and almost 2) started using it within hours. My oldest (almost 16) uses it. He has some health and balance issues along with being mostly blind, but has no trouble getting in and out. My biggest boy (almost 5) is the only one I haven't actually seen potty in it, yet. At this point, 5 stars. Let's see if it still earns that in a year.

The product was out of stock and I wasn’t notified upon ordering. Actually it was well over a month before it was even shipped. That was slightly disappointing, had I known when ordering it would have been a little different.
