Fast shipping

The smell is awful. The cat likes it but it has tried to clean twice with her in it. Since we started using it i can smell the litter box throughout the house. I wish I could return it

Can't reach a person to actually speak with and good luck trying to research a way to just do a manual clean. Many robotic boxes have a way to turn off the automatic rotation so if your cats are too small you can just hit the button on occasion, and it will clean that way. Not this one, we were just going on a wish and a prayer it wasn't going to take the babies on a ride. Our kittens are also monkey see, monkey do. One goes in to use the box, the other is going in shortly after. This causes the barrel to be in halfway rotation (cleaning mode) it stops because it senses movement, tweedle dee goes in, piddles, comes out, rotation finishes, now I have a clump of piddled kitty litter on top of the interior of the barrel. I have to use the scoop to dislodge as much as I can. I also found out the hard way that barrel WILL rotate while you are changing the bag. That was fun experience. I've learned to push for a quick rotation, so it isn't tempted to do that on me again. Also, I thought there was supposed to be some type of bracket that went around the bag to help it hold in place? If so, I didn't receive it. Not really sure what the purpose of the odor gel things are, I don't smell them, which is disappointing, because I paid for extras (which are back ordered), all I smell is kitty litter (I don't get the cheap stuff either).

Love our Meowant Litter boxes, (we have 3) recently had to replace a drum under warranty and they responded quickly and I recieved our new drum with the same week. I just wish the material were a bit stronger so that it's not as easy to damage but still a huge fan!

Works great! At least 2 of my cats loved it right away. It's not loud and it does the job. I haven't had to change the liner yet and it has been 4 days (I check everyday). Litter used: Arm & Hammer Multi-cat

This is my 3rd Meowant litterbox (I have 7 cats). I highly recommend them! I wish they were easier to clean and dry out after cleaning, but other than that, these litterboxes have been perfect.
