Good product and good instructions

The delivery was quick, but the box was ripped and all tapped up. The package was sent fedex and the driver did not make it any better. We watched him throw the box out of the truck onto the street. Sure happy the merchandise wasn't dented.

We have had kitty litter box for 3 weeks now, I think the cats like it! We like it because it is so quiet when it runs. It does not wake us up ever.

My cat had no problem adjusting from an old litter box to the new automatic box. She jumped right in. The opening is large enough so that she didn't feel it was too small of a space. She is very light in weight so I was worried it wouldn't sensor her weight. It has been great so far - been 1 months since Willow has been using it.

This litter box would've been ok if it was at least urine/waterproof. My male cat doesn't fully squat down to pee. Because of this, he urinates on the inner side of the drum. Apparently the drum is not urine proof, so if the urine gets on the side it leaks through the gaps around the silicone liner and then drips out the bottom of the drum onto the floor/carpet below the unit. I messaged support about this and it was not a great result either. The first they said was to train my cat to pee on the silicone liner covered with litter. Like, how do you train a cat to pee a certain way??? They also asked the same things multiple times, if I stated I just wanted to know how to return it they ignored me for a bit then when I pressed on they finally answered. Now they want ME to clean the unit, package it up and ship it back to them on my dime and IF they think the unit is ok I MIGHT get a refund. Don't get this unless your cat is tiny and squats. I had it only a few days and noticed the urine pooling on the outer shell during a clean cycle. When I asked them why this would happen they asked: What kind of litter How much litter Was the cat peeing in or outside of the liner Was the silicone liner damaged They also require videos/photos of the issues. They asked me three times to 'train' my cat to pee in the liner. As if I could magically make him shorter and squat. This is a cat we are talking about. He isn't even that large, only 9lbs. They told me to try different litter. I used 3 kinds... For a few days I used my regular walnut clumping litter. Then I used cat attract clay, then finally tidy cats clay. None helped but they thought 'maybe it wasn't clumping'. Despite me saying after their very first email that yes, my male urinates high. It's why I wanted a domed box cause he doesn't squat much. And I simply stated since it isn't urine/waterproof I'd like to return it but they didn't tell me how for over a week and now want me to pay for the return and they decide AFTER they get it back if I get a refund. Besides the leaking issue it was ok for the whole week and a half I used it. I have 3 cats and it fills up fast, so I have to empty the bin every 2 days. It was easy to take outside and rinse with a hose or my pressure washer on low. Really wish they'd find a way to make the liner issue not an issue and more waterproof. Especially for the price. Also the area where the waste collection bin is, it has screws and ridges... and the litter and feces and urine cakes up on them. Not very clean... but I am OCD so maybe that's just me?? Anywhere that urine and poop can get stuck in is just a big no for me. I'll stick to other options. I don't want urine on my floor. I have carpet. 7/13: Update: I asked again what they would be looking for if I returned the item and what would qualify it as non-refundable. They also state in the return policy that item has to be returned in manufacterors shipping to get a refund. The box was damaged when it got here and fully ripped upon us getting the item out. Today I checked on FedEx and USPS to see how much it would cost to ship it back to the address they gave me. In order to ship it back in a different box, according to size/weight it would cost me $235... I would get barely a $15 refund since they don't consider the item defective for leaking or scale issues. Now it suddenly isn't rotating all the way even after cleaning and resetting it. Every few times it just rotates half way then stops and levels out, the poop/pee never makes it into the litter waste bucket.
