It’s so quiet compared to the Whisker we have!!

I ordered a Meowant Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box - MW-SC01 and order a couple of extra items. I ordered 1 x 3Pack MeoWant Pet Odor Eliminator Gel & 1 x 20Pack MeoWant Litter Box Liners. I received the litter box however I did not receive the extra items. When I track the status, I see the order confirmed on July 4th and the request has been received.

I love the easy put together and operation. My only dissatisfaction was that the smaller clumps like marble size never moved into the waste basket. I had to discard them myself.

I asked to cancel my order well before it ever shipped because their return policy states that the litter box must be unopened to get a refund and they didnt cancel the order or even email me back Don’t order from them order from Amazon it’s the same price Edit: when I asked to return the box they stated that because nothing was wrong with the box I would have to pay for the shipping to return it. I read over all the return policy before I purchased the box and nowhere did it say that the return shipping would be the responsibility of the customer. Also when I mentioned this to them they sent me a link to a completely different site that had a different more in depth outline of the return policy. I asked them several times to honor what was listed based off the site I ordered from and they offered me $30 to drop it and change my review

My cats didn’t take to it well. Not sure if I like it.

Meowant litter box is a God Send for cat owners. Going from changing a litter box many times a day to once a week is fantastic. We did order more bags and odor eliminators, They Were out of stock when our litter box came and it took a about a month for them to be back in stock, but at least someone was in contact with me until the were restocked and soon as they were they sent them out the support for meowant is excellent.

The person hasn't even responded to my email

so far so good but we have only had ours about four days. i only have to empty it every other day which is nice so far!!
