I love that it’s quiet and easier to clean than the one im replacing with it! The other sounded like I had a forklift in my apartment.

It arrived very fast. And works very well. Much less work than a regular potty box.

I ordered a litterbot, extra bags and extra deodorizers on June 18th, and nothing arrived as of July 13th. Everything was shipped out VERY late, and then delayed. I asked for the order to be cancelled and got ignored. I then asked for it to just be shipped and it was shipped a few days later, miraculously. Because of their games, the order was VERY late. When I got back from the holiday weekend, there was no package at my door despite the package being marked as delivered. If it had been shipped ontime I would have be home to accept the package as planned. I contacted FedEx who told me to contact Meowant. I contacted Meowant who told me it was delivered and I should contact FedEx. We're just going in circles, and ultimately, there is no delivery of an almost $300 order! Customer service is slow and not ever going to work towards remedying a situation. If I had to do this again, I WOULD NOT purchase from this vendor! Completely dishonest! Update: The seller is claiming it's not their fault if something doesn't arrive. I don't believe they are based out of US, and this causes extra issues. At the end of the day, the seller is completely dishonest about any customer satisfaction or integrity.

Catbox is working well, only one of 3 cats uses it consistently It doesn’t handle soft stools very well but I guess that’s not surprising still having trouble getting refills for the deodorizer and without them it really smells bad still better than an open box in the living area where we have to keep our second box

Timely shipping. Affordable product. My ORANGE cat was suspicious of it for a few days but now trusts it and the whole family loves how easy it is to keep the box clean and I DON’T SMELL LITTER!!
