We’ve had our litter box for almost 4 years with no issues! We love it and the anti-stink gels!

Besides the back order, I love my SC10! I can understand the popularity of it. (Which explains the back order) i will definitely be ordering from meowant a lot.

This thing worked ok for about a week. Soon after that pee started sticking to the bottom causing it to not function. I had to scrape it off, defeating the purpose of spending hundreds of dollars on this. Also I only have 1 cat and do not use cheap litter. I will be returning the product and warning people to not waste their time or money. Very frustrating and disappointing to say the least

It's a great product, my cat loves it and it makes my life easier only thing I don't like is the deoderiser, when it mixes with that smell and poop, it really smells .I just wish they could come up with a different one

Like most people I had the litter robot first. 2 of them actually. And I hated them with a passion. Not only did they work like sh*t, my boy cats pee was going right through a little bitty slit around the gear and the pee was always all over the wall and floor. I bought the sc02 first for my older cat and it has been wonderful. And we just bought the bigger version for my other 4 cats. And I’m so happy with it. Boy is it big lol but it’s not tall like the litter robot and I like that much better.

I ordered the litter matching. It came in just a couple of days ago it worked just like I hoped it would. I didn’t realize that the weight of my cat triggers the auto clean at first, I wasn’t sure my cats weight. So I had guessed 10.5 pounds. But she was only 9.5 pounds and that wouldn’t start the auto clean when I set she weigh correctly it worked like a champ. Only had it a day but I really like everything about it. I bought the SC02 and have been using it about three days. First we love the unit and the app gives you a lot information as to when your cat goes and how long she/he was using it. However I noticed that it didn’t auto clean every time my cat used it. So I thought something was wrong with it. Then it would work again when cat was using it for a minute. I thought maybe there was a time period involved. So I took a ceramic cat added it as a cat and placed in in the unit for 5 seconds. Nothing, 10 sec , 15 seconds, 20 seconds not working finally 25 seconds and it works. Finally I understand. Just thought I would pass this information on. I really like this litter box. Hope this helps if someone is concerned.

The xxl box is absolutely awesome for our big cats. Just as shown it is quiet and efficient and the opening is wide.
