Poor quality product and poor customer service
When I opened the box and put my unit together, I noticed a considerable gap on the right side where the panel covers the gear mechanism. I was concerned that this would allow dirt and litter to get in the unit, which would end up causing problems with the product. I immediately reached out to the company, since the pictures in all of their promotions and ads do not show a gap with the right side panel, and they proceeded to want videos of the unit while it was operating, to make sure that I had installed it properly, which I did. I received the unit on September 2, and to date, they still have not provided an adequate solution. Rather than replace something on the unit, they keep trying to give me free litter bags, and their customer service is horrible in responding, sometimes taking two days at a time to send another “offer/solution”. Now that I have researched this company more, I am very concerned that they do not have any 1, 2, or 3 star reviews. I find that very hard to believe, considering my experience. As I have seen reviewers on other Reddit posts comment, do NOT purchase from this company, if you expect Customer Service to handle any issues.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced with both the product and our customer service. Regarding the gap you noticed on the right side panel, we want to clarify that this is a normal and intentional design feature. This clearance is necessary for the drum to rotate properly during the cleaning cycle. Without this gap, the mechanism would not function correctly. This is not a defect, but a standard part of the unit's mechanical structure. We also deeply apologize for the delay in our customer service responses. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are actively working to improve our response times. We appreciate your understanding and apologize again for the inconvenience.
