DELIVERY WAS SWIFT

You sold me an item that was not in stock! I’ve now been 5 weeks with nothing for my cats! I had to spend additional money to buy disposable boxes and still no order!

The ease of ordering, the speed of shipping. It was all a wonderful experience. I was a little concerned that my kittens would be terrified of it but they have been using it since day one. It’s wonderful! And not having to scoop litter. Amazing!!!

Does not clean well I’m disappointed

The automatic litterbox came quickly, packaged very well, easy instructions and setup was a breeze. The product is good quality, though i didn't expect the unit to react like it did when my cats stepped into it, it moves slightly a little rocking motion that startled my cat, but he finally tried it out. I have 6 cats and hoping they will all use it with ease. I am using Boxiepro litter and it has stuck a little to the rubber, I am going to try Odourlock litter next I heard it does a good job.

I am very pleased with the Meowant fine mesh screens/sifters that I purchased for my automatic litter boxes. The screens fit perfectly to replace the original coarse mesh sifters. The fine sifters catch more small debris, preventing it from falling back into the clean litter.

Took some getting used to! I bought the SC02 because I followed your recommendations. I had to then Purchase the SC09 because even though he is small , my male cat did not like the smaller box. Other than that very costly mistake, I am happy with Meowant!
