Trying to buy last night. I went to select method of payment and chose PayPal. You will always be directed their and then I choose PayPal Credit THEN returned to vendors to confirm and pay for the order. Last night with this company I did exactly that but it went through as pending on my PayPal when I choose PayPal Credit. It did not return to their page to confirm and purchase. Now I have that full charge pending on my account and reduced my available credit, for which I need to use today. No return from their chat last night at all.

The machine has been doing perfectly. Been 2 weeks, have not needed to clean it, only emptied bin 1 time. We have 1 cat and had no odor coming from it at all!! only replace because I opened to check how full it was and well I was already there. It was about half way. Already saved me Half a tub a litter which is how much we would go through. I think it will pay its self off in less than a year, just in litter savings!!

Came on time and well packed. I though I was having motor issues but once I put it directly on the hard floor everything worked perfectly.

Easy to order supplies and delivered as promised.

Ease of changing litter! Easy for cats to go in and out! Love it!

Very happy with this litterbox so far. Works great! Easy to set up and easy to clean. I have had zero issues with it. May be getting 2 more!!
