Easy to assemble & setup. Within 30 min of having it, my cat used it, after he finished, it cleaned itself after 1 min, you can set a timer. If pretty quiet when it cleans. My cat wasn't scared of it. So far so good. I love that it has the app & keeps you updated.
Laurel
Easy to set up and the purchase was seamless
Walter
Working excellent, so far with three different cats. Worth the money.

A true life saver!! After getting the correct litter, light weight isn’t the best, it works like a charm. We have 5 cats, so taking out the clumps is a 3-4 day thing. Works so great seriously thinging about getting another one!

Wrong part.

Dear customer, thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the issue with the part you received. It looks like there was a misunderstanding regarding the silicone mat. Please note that the silicone mats are only available for the LR01 and LB01 models as separate parts. For other models, if the silicone mat is damaged, the entire drum needs to be replaced. We understand that this may not have been clear, and we apologize for any confusion caused. If you need assistance with finding the correct part for your model, feel free to reach out to our customer support team, and we’d be happy to guide you through the process. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help if you have any further questions!

Zero customer service. Needed to cancel order, they claimed it had been shipped and when I contacted them by email, THE ONLY METHOD OF COMMUNICATION from this Chinese company, they finally agreed to divert the shipment back to their warehouse. I have proof it was done. THEY HAVE NOT CREDITED MY CARD FOR THE PURCHASE and it was over two months ago!

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. We understand how frustrating this situation must be. When you requested to cancel the order, the package had already been shipped, but we immediately contacted the logistics provider to stop the shipment. While we did take action to intercept the package, we're currently verifying with the logistics provider whether the interception was successful. We truly appreciate your patience as we work through this with them. Please rest assured that we are committed to resolving this matter and will update you as soon as we have confirmation regarding the return and the refund process. Again, we apologize for any frustration this has caused, and thank you for your understanding.
